Jordan works with no boundaries and has experience from FiDi all the way to Washington Heights. While the majority of his success has been in Midtown and Manhattan’s Upper West Side, he works anywhere his clients’ needs and best interests take him.

The real estate market in New York City is constantly changing, and he feels it is his duty to frequently meet with his sellers to discuss the coming trends and technological advances. The goal is to optimize exposure for their property, which will ultimately yield the greatest number of offers.

With all the resources available to him at the number one real estate firm in the country, Jordan can also efficiently help his buyers narrow the parameters of their search and schedule showings of the most suitable properties which save them valuable time. Once the ideal property is found, he will negotiate skillfully on their behalf to maximize the potential of his client’s investment.

Jordan has bought and sold personal properties, so he can relate to clients on both sides of the transaction. He is a natural problem solver who works well under pressure. Being in the customer service industry for many years enables him to communicate clearly and manage time and details effectively.

Jordan is passionate about sports and active in many throughout high school; he has always enjoyed submerging himself in competition. Whether it is on a basketball court or at an attorney’s office closing a sale contract, he learns to position himself where he has a strategic advantage.

Real estate is a game he cannot play alone. With the collaboration of his teammates and his clients, he will aim to win.
